Evaluasi Program Magang dengan Model Evaluasi Kirkpatrick

This study aims to assess the evaluation of apprenticeship programs using Kirkpatrick model at PT Jambi Prima Coal. used a quantitative method with gradual pre- and post-test approach apprentice participants four levels, namely 1) level satisfaction implementation training, as measured by questionnaire for participants; 2) participants' understanding training material, pre-test questions 3) changes in work behavior after returning work, superiors subordinates; 4) impact on company's productivity level, reduction waste due decreased absenteeism tardiness staff led participants. The first three levels data are processed Kirkpatrick's weighting formula. results show that ranges from 77-83%. average value was 46.58%, while 58.50%. Of 20 participants, 16 people had better according their superiors, all them subordinates. shows there is no decrease lateness rate but rate. In conclusion, showed positive reaction, most an increase were quite able apply material well workplace which saving company.
